How Our B2C Business Began
It all started purely for fun. Before diving into the B2C world with this new division within Dinobros, Manolo (the_oluk) and I created a small test video game: Ninja Parkour. The game was initially designed to be a race between multiple ninjas, but as we started adding platforms, I became intrigued by the idea of making it truly multiplayer.
To avoid giving extra work to the Dinobros team, who were busy developing Advergames and Branded Games for our clients, I thought it would be a good idea to find someone who could create a multiplayer demo. I found this guy online, from Morocco, and with a small investment, he built a demo using Photon. It was amazing—it worked!

Finally!
After this small demo, we created another one. This time, we were inspired by a very popular game on Poki called Animal Arena, but with dinosaurs instead, again using Photon. After a few weeks of testing, I started thinking that using Photon could be a great idea.
However, the costs were high, and relying on an external resource for modifications could become too complicated, especially when updating future games.Up until that point, we had never considered monetizing these games; the idea was born purely to learn how to develop multiplayer games and eventually offer this solution to our clients as well.
I decided to invest in this idea together with Matteo Billota (Byloth), our Software Developer, and started exploring Colyseus (which already has a plugin for Construct). We also brought in Kevin Galiano (Keb1t) to help transform the Ninja demo into a more complete game. The result? Fantastic—highly functional, with server costs of only €10-15 per month (practically negligible).
We then decided to test the game by publishing it on CrazyGames (our very first game on this platform) as well as on Poki. While the game didn’t pass the initial tests on Poki, it did exceptionally well on CrazyGames. After implementing all the required integration changes, the game launched and even made it to the homepage with incredible success!
Initially, the idea of publishing the game on CrazyGames or other platforms was simply to test it with a large number of users in a single room. However, this test convinced us to invest more time and resources into creating new games.
As of December 16, 2024, Ninja Parkour Multiplayer has surpassed 2 million matches played with over 1.5 million unique players. An extraordinary achievement!
